CNM, Inc. was founded in 1994 for the purpose of providing comprehensive telecommunications management services for major national accounts. CNM currently manages voice, data, wireless and pay-per-call networks for a variety of client types from major Software Development companies, to non-profit church entities. Revenues for CNM have traditionally been produced through our switchless long distance reseller contract and our 800/900 pay-per-call services bureau specializing in PC Technical Support and Satellite Communications. Over the past 24 months, the corporate strategy has developed into customized applications based technologies meeting specific client needs. CNM's emphasis and more recent focus has been "niche" and vertical markets concentrating on Wireless voice and data, Satellite Communications, Wireless Internet access for marinas, and Customer Care and Support departments. New product development includes national fund raising programs for large non-profit organizations and a worldwide satellite communications platform allowing consumers the ability to contact cruise ship passengers regardless of what cruise line or where the ship is on the planet.
Accomplishments:
- In 1994, CNM was the first Service Bureau to develop a 900 technical support application for large computer manufactures such as Packard Bell/NEC, Acer, and Reveal.
- The Audiotext (pay-per-call) industry recognized CNM in 1998 with a special award for CNM's groundbreaking 1-900-CALL-SHIP program designed for Princess Cruise Lines.
- In 1995, CNM became the first switchless reseller to provide ISDN T-1 service and voice over Frame Relay. The client was Sebastian International.
- CNM is dedicated to unsurpassed customer service and meticulous attention to detail with their clients, such as TicketMaster, Westrec Marinas, Princess Cruise Lines, Carlson Wagonlit Traval, USS Arizona Memorial, Grand Canyon National Park, and Final Draft software, where we have provided various voice, data, wireless, and pay per call solutions.
